Crickets Direct Shipping Policies
Shipping to areas with temperatures over 90 degrees and below 45 we will do our best to deliver live but there will not be a guarantee unless Over Night Delivery is used (some areas may take two days). Heat packs and or the double box choices must also be used for each item ordered with (exception of small quantity items) ie: 50/100 ct.worms that will be inclucded in the same box.

All orders will be shipped the best method possible. We must reserve the right to ship as needed due to weather but will make every effort to ship as you wish.
Shipping is by US Post Office
Shipping Delays - At Crickets Direct we strive to make sure that your order leaves our facility in a timely manner (weekends and holidays no shipping). If for some reason your shipment does not arrive, please email info@cricketsdirect.com or visit USPS for tracking information.
Out of State - Out of State orders received after 1pm PST time Wednesday May be shipped on the following Monday unless specified overnight shipping
Large Volume Orders - Crickets Direct offers Airport to Airport shipping as a courtesy for our large volume vendors. NEVER HAVE DEAD FEEDERS DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER AGAIN!!
Extreme Weather - Crickets Direct will use all neccessary means to insure that your shipment arrives in good condition. In the event of a loss Crickets Direct will reship your order free of product charge. (you will be required to pay for the additional shipping cost) Please email info@cricketsdirect.com for alternative methods of shipping if you live in extreme weather areas. Extreme weather areas are defined as above 90 degrees F and below 45 degrees F nighttime. Crickets Direct may at our decression upgrade your shipping to insure that product arrives safely without notice.
